Assistance Animals are welcome; however Assistance Animals must be on a lead, not left unattended and wear vests that identify their role. Guests with an Assistance Animal may be asked to provide evidence that their animal is an Assistance Animal. If sufficient evidence is not provided, we may restrict entry.
Evidence requirements include:
• Accredited Assistance Animal certification:
◦ Guide, Hearing and Assistance dog identity card or valid application notice,
• Translink Assistance Animal pass or interstate equivalent.
• Non-accredited Assistance Animals:
◦ Training organisation information for verification of training and hygiene standards (subject to VRTP review)
◦ Medical certificates verifying the Guest’s need for assistance
◦ Current vaccination status of the Assistance Animal
If sufficient evidence is not provided we have the right to restrict entry to any animals, where it is reasonably necessary to protect public health or the health of other animals in our care.

Yes, the lifts at Topgolf Gold Coast include accessible controls. They feature tactile buttons, Braille information next to the buttons, and visual signs outside the lift on each level to assist guests in knowing their location.
Yes, all paths and ramps at Topgolf are designed to be wide enough and free of obstacles for wheelchair users. The venue includes accessible parking spaces, ramps, and internal stairs with handrails at appropriate heights. Additionally, entrance ways and paths throughout the venue are wide and accommodate wheelchair access.
