We understand that the needs of our guests are broad and unique, so we are committed to providing suitable access for all of our guests. Assistance Animals

Assistance animals are welcome. Assistance animals must be on a lead, not left unattended and wear vests that identify their role. Guests with an assistance animal may be asked to provide evidence that their animal is an assistance animal. If sufficient evidence is not provided, we may restrict entry.

Evidence Requirements:

Accredited Assistance animals:

- Guide, Hearing and Assistance dog identity card or valid application notice,

- Translink Assistance Animal pass or interstate equivalent.

We also have the right to restrict entry to any animals, where it is reasonably necessary to protect public health or the health of other animals in our care.
