So what is Topgolf? In short, we’re a premier entertainment complex that features an inclusive, high-tech golf game that everyone can enjoy. Paired with an outstanding food and beverage menu, climate-controlled hitting bays and music, every Topgolf has an energetic hum that you can feel right when you walk through the door.
Here’s how it works:
STEP1
PLAN YOUR VISIT
Whether you’re a planner or a procrastinator, we’ve got options for everyone. Make a reservation in advance with our online bookings or walk in and put your name down. Reservations aren’t required, though you may end up waiting longer during peak times. Groups of seven or more are encouraged to reserve bays in advance.
STEP2
ARRIVE & CHECK IN
Upon arrival, check in with our superstar front desk staff who will find the right bay for you. Bit of a wait? No problem! Grab a drink in our bar area or relax on our rooftop terrace.

How much does Topgolf cost?
Each bay is priced by the hour, with the hourly rate varying by day and time, plus a $5 Lifetime member fee for new players. View full pricing and details for Topgolf Gold Coast here. Up to 6 players can be in a bay and play. For safety reasons, only one person can be hitting at one time.

Are there any age restrictions?
Please note, guests aged 16 or under require a responsible adult, 18 or over, to enter Topgolf at any time. Additionally, guests aged 17 or under need a responsible adult, 18 or over, to enter Topgolf after 5pm.
A responsible adult is identified as:
• a parent
• a step-parent or guardian
• an adult who has 'parental rights, duties and responsibilities' in relation to the minor.

STEP3
PICK YOUR GAME
Once you settle into your climate-controlled bay, a Bayhost will help you set up your game and create profiles for each player. The fun part is deciding which of the more than a dozen games to play first.

Does Topgolf close due to weather?
Unless it’s an extreme weather event, nothing can stop a good time at Topgolf, not even rain. Our venue is an all-weather facility with covered hitting bays that are fitted with fans for the summer and heaters for the winter.

How much does it cost to rent golf clubs at Topgolf?
Zero dollars. Free. Nothing. All Topgolf clubs are complimentary to use during game play with your Lifetime Membership. We have clubs for men, ladies, left-handers, right-handers, kids, and toddlers for your convenience. Men’s and women’s clubs are already in each bay.

Can I bring my own clubs?
If you’re more comfortable playing with your own clubs, we have designated areas within our bays to store them.
STEP4
CRUSH IT
Using our complimentary clubs or your own, take aim at the giant outfield targets and our high-tech balls will score themselves. While you’re playing, order food and drinks and catch the game on the HDTVs in your bay.

Do you have to be good at golf to have fun at Topgolf?
No way! Topgolf is a game that anyone can play and enjoy, even if you’re getting more hole-in-nones than hole-in-ones. If your swing has more “room for improvement” than you’d like, we offer lessons and classes.

We are committed to providing an excellent experience in a welcoming and inclusive environment so we can have fun together. So for all parties involved, and we do mean parties, please follow our game safety rules.
